Role Summary
- You will lead work across regions to make sure services follow rules.
- You will help move to a new computer system called Dynamics 365 CRM.
- You will get services ready for new laws like the Renters Rights Act.
- You will bring new ideas and make sure work is done well.
Key Tasks
- Check and manage risks in different regions.
- Lead audits to find problems and fix them.
- Work with teams to keep services the same but also fit local needs.
- Help make and test new systems and ways of working.
- Support training for frontline workers.
- Join senior team meetings to plan and improve work.
Skills And Experience
- Know a lot about tenancy management and the Renters Rights Act.
- Experience with process reviews and making improvements.
- Have worked with CRM systems, ideally Dynamics 365.
- Good at working with different teams and solving problems.
- Able to turn laws into clear actions for workers.
Pay And Hours
- Fixed term contract (temporary job).
- 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Two paid days to volunteer each year.

- Can also work at Peabody's London offices.
