  • You will help with student fees and College charges.
  • You will work in the Accounts Team at Wolfson College.

  • Process student fees, payments, and receipts.
  • Answer questions from students and others about fees.
  • Keep track of money owed and report on it.
  • Manage records for postgraduate loans.
  • Check and respond to emails about fees.
  • Help others in the Accounts Office when needed.

  • Experience in finance or accounts administration.
  • Know basic accounting ideas like debits and credits.
  • Be organised and pay attention to details.
  • Good at using Excel, Word, and databases.
  • Good at talking to people and helping them.
  • Able to manage time and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work well in a team and be flexible.
Pay and hoursPay And Hours
  • Full-time: 36.5 hours each week.
  • 39 days holiday each year, including bank holidays.
