Role Summary
- Work as a Senior Specialist Surveyor at Natural Resources Wales (NRW).
- Manage land and property in North East Wales.
- Give expert advice on land value, buying, and selling.
- Help NRW make important decisions about land.
Key Tasks
- Lead and manage land deals and projects.
- Work with colleagues and outside partners in Wales and the UK.
- Solve problems that involve money, environment, and public interests.
- Help make policies and plans for managing land.
- Share your knowledge and help other workers.
Skills And Experience
- You need to be experienced and good at making business decisions.
- Be able to handle tricky land and legal issues.
- Have a full and current UK driving licence to visit sites and meetings.
Pay And Hours
- This role is flexible with work hours.
- You will have a contract based at an NRW office.
- You can agree on working partly at home and partly at the office.
Location And Workplace
- Based in North East Wales.
- You may travel for site visits and meetings.
- Flexible working with some face-to-face meetings planned in advance.
