Role Summary
- Give expert advice on environment and health.
- Check how projects affect the environment and health.
- Work on important projects to help Wales' environment and people.
Key Tasks
- Do assessments like Strategic Environmental Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment, and Health Impact Assessment.
- Work with teams on projects about flood risk, rivers, peatlands, mines, and coastal areas.
- Help make good decisions for the environment and communities.
- Give advice and share best ideas with others.
Skills And Experience
- Know about environment and health assessments.
- Work well with different teams.
- Have a full and current UK driving licence to visit project sites.
- Good at sharing knowledge and advice.
Pay And Hours
- This is a fixed-term job until March 2027.
- Flexible working hours and hybrid work (home and office) are possible.
Location And Workplace
- You will work near your home in the nearest NRW office.
- You may need to travel to remote sites.
- Face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
