Role Summary
- You will be a Senior Translator for Natural Resources Wales (NRW).
- You will translate important information into Welsh clearly and correctly.
- You will help NRW speak well with people in Welsh.
Key Tasks
- Translate texts into Welsh with high quality and accuracy.
- Work quickly to meet deadlines.
- Give advice about Welsh language and correct usage.
- Help make Welsh language services better for everyone.
Skills And Experience
- You must be very good at Welsh and English.
- You should have experience translating professionally.
- You must care about keeping Welsh language strong.
- You should work well in a small team.
Pay And Hours
- This is a fixed-term job until 12 November 2027.
- Hours and pay details will be given when you apply.
Location And Workplace
- You will work near your home at the closest NRW office.
- You can work partly from home (this is called hybrid working).
- Face-to-face meetings or training will be planned before time.
